Linda Damon established Office Overboard! more than 20 years ago, and has many years of practical experience as an administrator, business bookkeeper and office manager, providing services to a range of businesses in private enterprise, municipal, health, tourism and hospitality, the arts, and non government organisations.

Being naturally tech savvy, Linda also has a strong reputation for being an efficient and innovative organiser and is known for presenting a confident  ‘can do’ attitude to encourage anticipation of solutions that fit with the capabilities of each workplace, and can train and recruit appropriate staff for clients through an extensive network of peers and knowledge of local course curriculums.

Maintaining confidentiality on internal information and business structures is second nature at Office Overboard! We also understand that change can be challenging, especially in a busy workplace, and we take extra care and are always aware that staff take on change differently.
